ARCH1201 Project 2 : Double house/ garden 2014 sem1

:: Transition of program 1(Villa Savoye) to program 2 (Double house/Garden) ::

1. Relationship between inside and outside by using :
    wide windows and various types of openings (doors, windows, table window and screens)
  - It increases the sense of visual space flexibility by the transparency through these openings

  - Continuity of visual sight range 

  - Each floor of my double house has extended view to the outside (to the city and the street)

  - Doors are aligned in horizontal lines so the spaces are connecting from interior to exterior spaces or from one exterior to other exterior side

2. Importing the shape and function of the rooms, staircase and pilotis from Villa Savoye to my double house and gallery
   - Use the exact or adjusted shape of rooms 

3. Roof Garden 
  - Continuity of green space from the top view of the double house
  - Sharing Gallery space and Garden

4. Trees are hiding the first floor of the House 1 (which consists of the gallery from the street)
  - Blocking direct view from the street so it adds the sense of privacy to the residential area
