Draw-it week 3

After mid-sem break, we present our complete sections and elevations and the draft of rendering to our studio students and tutors. I experiment rendering with watercolour, ink pen and pencil to give a simple but realistic images of the house.
Other students rendering were mainly used charcoal, pen , pencil  and colour pencils.
We discussed about our various techniques and concluded that the rendering needs to highlight the significance features of chosen house, not disrupting by using too many techniques and colours.
Simplifying  the technique was also the issue of our rendering sample. Uniform technique through one poster will be more effective way to communicate Architecture of house.

We also learned how to draw axonometric and perspective views. Axonometric house was based on the plan and drawing line above the plan to be 3D- we simply rotates the plan about 30 or 45 degree from horizontal axis. For the perspective view, we need to set 2 points  at the left and right end of the paper and house is drawn based on the lines from 2 points.
